When we talk about nutrition, we are referring first of all to a gesture of Love towards ourselves and our planet.

With Food Evolution, thanks to our 40 years of experience in vegetarian, vegan, and food intolerance cuisine, we wanted to create a line of products that reproduce the flavor, texture, and nutritional values of meat, to conquer the most demanding palates and provide a credible alternative. Our products are not only designed for vegetarians, vegans, flexitarians, omnivores, and gluten-intolerant consumers but particularly for all the “buongustai” who love good-made food.


For the health

When we started producing our analogs, we wanted to give priority to a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
We decided to use soy as our main ingredient because it contains all nine essential amino acids required by our body.

Our analogs have a high protein content, a low level of fats, and they are completely gluten-free.

We are what we eat, so it is better to eat healthily. What better way to do it than to choose our 100% natural and vegetable-based products?


For the environment

We firmly believe that the most impactful way to reduce climate change and our carbon footprint is to be conscious of what we eat every day.

A big part of the greenhouse gas emissions, land, water, and energy use, comes from the intensive meat industry. All of this could be avoided by shifting to a healthy, sustainable, and 100% vegetable-based diet.

The degree of civilization, the moral conscience, and our work should prioritize developing sustainable systems and considering man as an integral part of a world in which other animals are recognized as sentient beings who can feel pleasure and pain, and who have the right to live in dignity, fully and for a long time.

For this reason, we are committed to producing food that is not based on intensive farming, and, most importantly, that can be a mindful choice for your meals.
