Our history

Our professional history began with the opening of one of the first vegetarian restaurants in faraway 1979. This was followed by another vegetarian restaurant/hotel, which has been operating for over 25 years. The publication of three bestseller cookbooks was also joined by the training of international Chefs, which came to enlarge the culinary skills under the guidance of our head Chef. Now with the production of vegetarian/vegan foods got into a much larger scale with the launch of the Food Evolution food range.
