Combine all the ingredients in a pot, except for the chives. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, cover, and let rest for another 20 minutes.
For the Stripzees
Dust the Stripzees with rice flour and brown them in a hot, oiled pan until they achieve a light golden color. Add the broth. When the Stripzees have absorbed the broth, add the coconut sauce and cook until all the ingredients are well combined, achieving a slight creaminess. Top with chives.
