preparation
In a medium skillet, sauté the Stripzees with 1 tablespoon of olive oil for about 2 minutes or until crispy. Transfer them to a bowl and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook the onion, garlic, rosemary, and bay leaf for one minute. Add curry powder, chili flakes, bell pepper, tomatoes, and cook over high heat until the vegetables are done.
Add basil leaves, roughly chopped parsley, and the sautéed Stripzees. Season with salt and black pepper, mix quickly, and serve immediately.
