preparation
Thinly peel strips from the orange and lemon. Cook them in a saucepan along with the citrus juice and half of the white wine. Reduce the liquid to about half of the initial volume. Adjust acidity with sugar. Set aside.
Coat the Stripzees with flour, removing excess flour with a sieve. In a pan, add oil and sliced onion; soften the onion and then add the Stripzees, browning them.
Deglaze with the remaining wine, add the citrus reduction, and then a bit of water to achieve a creamy consistency. Add herbs and cook for an additional minute.
Serve with mixed salad or cooked vegetables.
