    lemon juice
  • 12 g
    vegan ricotta
  • 60 g
    Soy cubes
  • 20 ml
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 g
    dried basil
  • 2
    strawberries
  • 12 g
    arugula or lamb's lettuce leaves

preparation

  • Rinse and drain the chickpeas. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, and dried basil. Add the chickpeas to the bowl and let them marinate for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the Dadini as indicated on the package. Dice the strawberries and mix them with the chickpeas and Dadini. Fill four small bowls with the tartare and top each with vegan ricotta and a few arugula or lamb's lettuce leaves.
